Our production process is designed to guide every event from early planning and technical design through installation, show execution, and post-event review. 1. Discovery & Event Strategy
Every event begins with a discovery phase where we learn about the objectives, audience, venue environment, and technical requirements that will shape the production approach. This stage allows our team to align the event’s creative vision with practical technical solutions.
Through early conversations with planners, marketing teams, and venue partners, we develop an initial production framework that guides the rest of the planning process.
2. Technical Design & CAD Visualization
Once the event framework is established, our team begins the technical design process. Using CAD drawings and 3D visualization tools, we develop detailed production layouts that map out stage design, LED displays, lighting positions, audio systems, and audience seating arrangements. These renderings allow clients and stakeholders to visualize the event environment well before installation begins.
3. Production Preparation
With the technical design finalized, we begin preparing for show week. Equipment is staged, tested, and organized according to the production plan while crews are scheduled and logistics are confirmed with venue partners.
This preparation phase ensures every component of the production—from equipment transportation to crew assignments—is coordinated before installation begins.
4. Setup & Event Execution
During load-in and show days, our production teams deploy systems according to the engineered design plan. Experienced technicians, operators, and show callers manage every technical cue throughout the program to ensure presentations run smoothly.
From the first microphone check to the final closing remarks, our crews maintain constant communication and technical oversight to ensure reliable performance.
5. Wrap-Up & Continued Partnership
When the event concludes, our team manages equipment strike, logistics coordination, and any final production deliverables. Systems are carefully dismantled, packed, and transported while we coordinate with the venue to ensure a smooth and efficient load-out.
Following the event, we review the production with our clients to evaluate what worked well and identify opportunities for improvement.
