SCOPE OF PRODUCTION
The production scope included a high-impact main general session, a secondary ballroom designed to operate as a full-scale luncheon session, and multiple breakout rooms supporting concurrent programming. In addition, a dedicated trade show floor provided space for vendors and partners to engage attendees. Each environment required tailored AV solutions, seamless scheduling coordination, and consistent audio, video, and lighting quality across all spaces.
PRODUCTION CHALLENGES
Executing a multi-room national conference at scale required precise coordination, consistent production quality, and the ability to manage simultaneous programming across vastly different environments.
