Corporate Event Production with Flown LED Systems in Atlanta

Three-sided flown LED display integrated with lighting and audio for a corporate event

Corporate Event Production with Flown LED Systems | Atlanta, GA

National Financial Services Organization | Atlanta, Georgia

SCOPE OF PRODUCTION

American Audio Visual provided full-scale production support for a corporate event in Atlanta featuring a runway-style stage, multiple flown LED displays, a fully rigged lighting system, and flown audio.
At the center of the room was a three-sided flown LED display designed to create a strong visual focal point from multiple audience perspectives.

The production also included lighting flown along the length of the runway, dedicated side lighting, an additional lighting position at the end of the stage, and suspended audio systems throughout the room.

EVENT OVERVIEW

The event required a production environment that could support a large audience while creating a strong visual experience throughout the room. A runway-style stage extended into the audience, surrounded by lighting positions designed to maintain visibility and energy from the main stage through the full length of the runway. Above the room, the three-sided LED display provided additional viewing surfaces while becoming a major scenic element of the production itself.

With LED, lighting, audio, staging, and rigging all sharing the same overhead environment, precise coordination was essential.

PRODUCTION CHALLENGES

Delivering this corporate event production required careful coordination between the venue’s available rigging points and a design built around multiple suspended systems. The challenge was maintaining clean visual alignment while safely integrating LED, lighting, and audio throughout the room.

1. Three-Sided Flown LED Alignment

The three-sided LED system needed to appear as one cohesive suspended structure. Because the venue’s fixed rigging points did not align perfectly with each LED edge, achieving consistent trim, spacing, and visual alignment required precise rigging coordination.

2. Multiple Overhead Production Systems

LED was only one part of the overhead design. Flown audio and multiple lighting positions also needed to share the available rigging environment without compromising sightlines, coverage, or the visual balance of the room.

3. Lighting a Runway-Style Stage

The extended runway required lighting beyond a traditional front-facing stage system. Fixtures were positioned along the runway, from the sides, and at its endpoint to maintain coverage as presenters moved throughout the entire performance area.

PRODUCTION APPROACH

Our team developed an integrated production approach focused on precise rigging, balanced coverage, and visual continuity across the entire room. Each flown system was coordinated as part of one larger design rather than treated as an isolated production element.

1. Flown LED System Coordination

AAV coordinated the suspension geometry, trim heights, and positioning of the three LED faces around the venue’s available rigging points. Careful adjustment allowed the displays to read as a unified visual structure despite the limitations of the overhead grid.

2. Integrated Lighting Design

Lighting systems were flown along the runway and supplemented with side-lighting positions to provide consistent coverage across the extended stage. An additional flown lighting position at the runway endpoint completed the environment and supported presentations throughout the space.

3. Flown Audio Integration

The audio system was suspended alongside the other overhead production elements to provide clear coverage while keeping equipment away from audience sightlines. Placement was coordinated with LED and lighting positions as part of the overall rigging plan.

4. Runway and Room Integration

The runway-style stage connected the main presentation area with the audience while creating opportunities for movement throughout the room. Lighting, video, audio, and scenic positioning were planned together to maintain a cohesive experience from every viewing angle.

EVENT OUTCOMES

AAV delivered a large-scale corporate production environment built around the room rather than limited by it.

The three-sided flown LED system created a prominent visual centerpiece while coordinated lighting followed the runway through the audience and flown audio provided coverage without interrupting sightlines.

By integrating LED, lighting, audio, staging, and rigging into one production plan, the team transformed a technically complex overhead environment into a clean and cohesive attendee experience.

Planning a Large-Scale Corporate Event?

Complex rooms require more than equipment. They require a production partner that can coordinate rigging, LED, lighting, audio, staging, and show execution as one connected system.
