SCOPE OF PRODUCTION
The production focused on delivering a large-scale general session environment built for high-visibility, partner-facing presentations. A full-width LED video wall served as the primary visual canvas, supported by dual side screens for complete audience coverage. The stage was designed to accommodate executive speakers, panel seating, and a central lectern while maintaining clean sightlines throughout the room. Lighting was integrated to balance the intensity of the LED wall with proper presenter visibility, incorporating both stage lighting and branded room washes.
