SCOPE OF PRODUCTION

American Audio Visual provided AV production support for the Florida Society of Association Executives, supporting a multi-day association event with a general session, breakout rooms, and trade show activity.

The production included general session AV, projection support, rigging coordination, breakout room systems, trade show AV support, and on-site technical coordination across multiple event spaces.

A key element of the event was a rigged mesh projection screen used during a featured presentation. When projected onto, the screen created a dimensional visual effect that allowed the presenter to move behind and within the projected content.

FSAE’s annual event brought together association professionals for general sessions, education, networking, and trade show engagement. AAV supported the event with a production plan designed to meet the needs of multiple spaces.
